La Storia


Opened in 1927 by grandfather Paolo and grandmother Peppina, once authentic restaurant, famous the "tordi in salmì" and other dishes of typical Umbrian cuisine, now has evolved in a modern but never fashionable restaurant, where the Umbrian kitchen bridges the gap between the present and the past.

At the head of the restaurant are currently Paolo Di Marco, the third generation of the family that at first started in France and then in Italy and he quit represents the role of the chef patron.
